This happened three days ago.
For those collecting Loyalty Tokens. The best mission is "Challenge the Magistrate" in the Spire (6th Tier Mission). There is a 5% chance rate to drop it (same as other spots) but the ratio between stamina invested and experience rewarded is the best one in the missions dropping loyalty tokens.
By the way, there is also a chance to get the Piston component, needed to start some Epic events like Hatchling Swarms and Tremor Wyrms.
